Goran Martinovic is Director at Harrisons in Belgrade, Serbia. He heads up our Real-Estate and Energy Groups.

Born in Belgrade in 1964, Goran qualified at the Faculty of Law in Belgrade in 1986, and subsequently undertook post-graduate studies in Commercial Law, and obtained a Masters degree based on the EU export and import regulations. He started his legal career as in-house counsel at a leading Serbian Company in 1990 and, after passing the Bar examination he set up his own legal practice. In 1991 he was selected to undertake a one-year placement at Eversheds, UK.

In October 2000 he joined Harrisons with whom he has worked to date. In this period he has acted as lead Serbian counsel on numerous head-line transactions, acting for leading international clients.

Goran resides in Belgrade with his wife Dragana, and his sons Igor and Pavle, and continues his football activities both on the field and as an Executive Director of a leading Serbian Football Club.
