Jelena is a Junior Associate at Harrisons.

Jelena was born in Belgrade, Serbia in 1976 and graduated from the Belgrade Law Faculty in 2001 and subsequently passed the Serbian Bar Examination in 2006.

Jelena joined Harrisons straight from University and was initially responsible for the administration and formation of local entities for foreign companies in Serbia and Montenegro whether limited liability companies, joint ventures, representative or branch offices. Due to her extensive experience and contacts Jelena remains Head of this practice group but she is also now involved in widespread Corporate/M&A transactional work.

Jelena is married, has son Andrija and lives in Belgrade.
