Head of Finance and Capital Markets Group at Harrisons.

Ines has a wealth of experience on banking, securities, and other financial transactions, as well as mergers and acquisitions and private equity transactions.

She has advised majors investment banks and corporations on complex structured finance transactions, all types of credit facilities,  trade and receivables finance, property construction finance, structured finance and derivatives, acquisition finance, and debt restructuring.

Ines was lead counsel on many projects in Serbia, Montenegro and the region involving financing by international financial organisations, example of which are EBRD, IFC and DEG.

In addition, Ines has extensive experience with derivative products and securities laws and substantial experience in the field of energy.
