Lidija is a Consultant at Harrisons.
Lidija first joined Harrisons in 2005. At this point she already had wide experience in the various fields of commercial law and litigation. She had experience in privatisation and restructuring process acquired while working for Bearing Point (formerly KPMG Consulting), Serbia in USAID – sponsored privatization project. She also had significant experience in contractual law and risk management achieved at Siemens d.o.o. Beograd during 2004.
Working with Harrisons, Lidija advised clients in Serbia and Montenegro on privatisations, asset sales and acquisitions, debt-collection, restructurings or bankruptcies and litigation.
From October 2009 to May 2012, Lidija worked for NIS (Naftna Industrija Srbije), the National Oil & Gas Company of Serbia, owned by Gasprom Neft, as Director of their Litigation Department. During this engagement she implemented and perfected her previous experience in various fields of commercial law, particularly in the dispute resolution and negotiation process, but she also acquired further knowledge and experience in the energy law.
In 2012 Lidija re-joined Harrisons as Consultant, where her fields of expertise are dispute resolution and arbitration, construction, energy and mining law.
